Rhymes Equivalent to Life Long Infinite Substance. What does this acronym mean to the Detroit bred Hip Hop group The Relli's? It means that no matter what the circumstances, these emcees will continue to spit classics! Emcees Forfledda(4th letter) and Rigenow refuse to let the current fads in Hip Hop dictate their level of success. They are the torch bearers for true Hip Hop!

Armed with renewed passion and determination, The Relli's are currently working on their debut album tentatively titled "Hibernation". This album promises to return listeners to the principle elements of Hip Hop: beats, lyrics & everyday Life! With tracks like "2 Much 2 Many" and "Resolution(Put It Down!)" the Relli's share their thoughts on the state of the world and gun violence. Both tracks were produced by local detroit legend L-Dub and have been received well within the Hip Hop community. Just a hint of what is to come from this unique group.

The Relli's was formed back in 1995 by co-workers and emcees Derron "Forfledda" Murray and Christopher "Rigenow" Jackson as a group of like minded hip hop lovers. Original members also included Brian "Cho" Jackson-producer and Michael "Feddarelli" Starghil-colaborator. The Relli's performed at local Detroit spots such as the Ebony Showcase, Hip Hop Shop, C-Note Lounge, Napoleons, Kings & Queens hall & Timbo's throughout the late 90's. They have worked with local producers such as Amp & Bubz Fiddler, Cho, L-Dub & Big Cricket.

After taking a hiatus to concentrate on their families and personal lives, The Relli's are back to leave an imprint on their listeners minds! The tracks featured here are just a tatse of their capabilities and will show that these emcees are definitley unique and like no other!
